Living With Ghosts Horse Necklace

$285.00
sold out

When I saw my first horse, I knew she would be mine. She was half arab, half quarter. I saved all my baby sitting money and money made in the summers doing other odd jobs. My family was living in California at the time, and my friend Kris and I would ride all through the canyons after school. In the summer we would get up at dawn and ride to the beach and cook (crunchy!) pancakes. Shiloh had a few nasty habits though, one of which when riding to the tack store that happened to be on a busy street, and a car stopped too close to her, she’d let them know by nailing a nice little “lucky horseshoe” print on their fender.

I’ll never forget her.

A beautiful Craig Gulch (Oregon) picture jasper with a matte finish and grazing horse silhouette is set in fine silver and accented with chunky nuggets of Lone Mountain turquoise.

Necklace measure 18” - 20” and closes with a sterling silver lobster clasp.

All jewelry arrives in a box ready for gift giving. If you are sending it as a gift and would like to include a handwritten note, please let me know in the “note to seller” box upon checkout. Ready to ship in 2-4 business days.
