When you ski off trail at night and under the moonlight, the trees look like ghostly apparitions clearing a path for you.  Their green-black branches brush at your sides while pushing and propelling you protectively forward.  You ski carefully, precisely and with heightened senses while the spirits among the trees guide you to open terrain and the light at the base. 

Twin pines on a moonlit night adorned with a mountain range crown. The stone is a hefty piece of moss agate which I’ve cut into an oval and notched for a gorgeous luminescent moonstone. The pines stand straight, shadowy and tall on a snowy incline and as soon I finished working the stone, I wanted to jump in and ski down its slope!

Pendant measures 2 1/4” and hangs on a long 25” cable chain, long enough to wear over a thick wooly sweater.
